The hand made EVO is of highest quality possible, making it worth all our groveling on our hands and knees. The SIP Performance Small Frame EVO is available in two versions: as a Down & Forward variation, where the system is almost completely out of sight, tucked under the leg shield, or the Left Hand version. The Left Hand version has the exhaust almost completly out of sight under the left fender. Only a bit of exhaust and a smidgeon of the body give declaration that this paricular scooter has a license to thrill.
